Talent Recruitment

Talent Philosophy

The company adheres to the talent philosophy of " The capable rise, the average yield, the mediocre fall, competition is not about horse evaluation ". For employees with both virtue and talent, the company strives to create a suitable work and living environment for their survival and development, allowing them to stay and work well in the company; for employees with talent but no virtue, or neither talent nor virtue, the company will let them leave. The company not only needs employees who follow routines daily but also needs agile thinkers and courageous innovators.
Recruitment and Hiring: Through organizational restructuring, each department defines positions, staffing, and establishment; by comparing the current personnel and job position setup with the job descriptions, the company assesses the job fit of existing personnel (especially management and technical staff), primarily through internal selection and appointment.
Training and Development: According to each department's training needs, an annual training plan is prepared, and training and assessments are conducted on schedule according to the plan. A mentorship model where new employees are guided by experienced ones is adopted to continuously improve staff quality and job skills; the company provides learning and training opportunities as its greatest benefit to employees. The company has always emphasized building a learning organization, where a learning culture is an implicit income for employees.
Compensation and Benefits: Through job descriptions, the ranks of each position are clearly defined, establishing salary structures and benefit systems, clarifying the relationship between duties, rights, and interests.
Performance Evaluation: An incentive mechanism is established, breaking down the company's annual management goals to departments, teams, and individuals, linking goal achievement and performance bonuses for each position and department. To this end, we have designed three career tracks for employees' career development, allowing them to choose management, business, or technical paths according to their strengths to realize their career growth. Career, compensation, and emotional connection are the three treasures that Longteng uses to attract and retain talent; the three tracks enable employees and the company to grow together. Our principle is that during the company's development process,   employees should fully share in the company's business results. This is also reflected in our distribution principles, where after company profits, the first consideration is fair benefit distribution to all personnel.
