Employee Recruitment Requirements

1. Must be in good health, no infectious diseases or history of mental illness

2. Workshop positions require adaptability to two shifts. Company working hours: 8 AM to 8 PM, shift changes once a month. Lunch break for day shift is 45 minutes, night shift meal break is 30 minutes.

3. Junior high school education or above

4. Age requirement: must meet the legal age of 16 years or older;

5. Valid original ID card, four 1-inch registration photos, Agricultural Bank of China card, and a bank card from ICBC or Agricultural Bank opened in the recruitment area, any one of these.

6. Pre-employment occupational health examination required (including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis E, blood lipids, blood pressure, heart, lungs, etc.)

Our Compensation

Salary Structure: Base salary + position allowance + overtime pay + performance bonus + full attendance bonus + seniority bonus + technical allowance

Base Salary: Executed above the local minimum wage standard.

Overtime Pay: Work beyond 8 hours from Monday to Friday is calculated at 1.5 times. Full-day work on Saturday and Sunday is calculated at double overtime pay.

Overtime pay on statutory holidays is calculated at triple rate.

Position Allowance: 9-level position allowance system. Level 1 employees: 0 RMB, Level 2 employees: 300 RMB, from Level 3 onwards, increased by 100 RMB per level,

up to a maximum of 1000 RMB. New employees can be regularized after one month of employment and then enjoy the Level 2 position allowance.

Performance Bonus: Department supervisors conduct monthly assessments of their employees; outstanding employees can receive a 200 RMB bonus per month.

Full Attendance Bonus: Employees with four or fewer days off per month receive a 100 RMB monthly bonus.

Seniority Bonus: Starting from the second month of employment, employees receive a 50 RMB monthly subsidy; after one year, 100 RMB per month; thereafter, the seniority bonus

increases by 50 RMB per year.

Technical Allowance: Special subsidy for technical positions and skilled employees, with a monthly allowance of 400 RMB.

Salary Increase Opportunities: The company offers two annual opportunities for promotion and salary increase in January and July, ensuring continuous and stable income growth for employees.

Promotion Path: Employee (not less than 4550 RMB/month) -- Technician (not less than 6000 RMB/month) -- Team Leader (not less than 7000 RMB/month)
